One of MTV's best reality TV shows is The Challenge, a show that has won over the audience like none other. Viewers have gotten emotionally involved with the contestants, and they loved to see them give their best and pull through the difficult moments of the show, regardless of the outcome.

10 Mike "The Miz" Mizanin

Michael Gregory Mizanin, aka The Miz, was a contestant in The Real World: Back to New York in 2001. He stayed on the show for quite a long time after that, winning Battle of the Seasons and The Inferno II. He was also a finalist on The Gauntlet and The Inferno, and years after leaving the show, he went back as a host. As of today, he's a very successful WWE wrestler and a loving husband and father. He's married to a woman who shares his greatest passion, fellow WWE wrestler Maryse Ouellet.

9 Johnny Bananas

John "Johnny Bananas" Devenanzio is one of the greatest winners of the show. He was a winner of The Island, The Ruins, Rivals, Battle of the Exes, Free Agents, Rivals III, Champs vs. Stars (2017), and Total Madness. He was also a finalist on The Inferno 3, and Rivals II, and participated in many more stints of the show. What is he doing now? Well, aside from hosting a very successful NBC show about travel experiences called 1st Look, Johnny started a Youtube channel during the lockdown called Cooking in Quarantine, where he shares recipes and advice for people stuck at home who have run out of ideas.

8 Mark Long

Mark Long was a contestant from Road Rules: USA – The First Adventure, Battle of the Sexes 2, Battle of the Exes, and All Stars. He won the Real World/Road Rules Challenge and Battle of the Sexes, and he was a finalist on The Gauntlet 2 and The Duel II.

7 Rachel Robinson

Rachel Robinson competed on Battle of the Sexes, Battle of the Sexes 2, The Island, Battle of the Exes, and Road Rules: Campus Crawl. She was a winner of The Gauntlet and The Duel II, and a finalist on The Inferno II. After her time on the show, Rachel devoted her life to her two great passions: fitness and family. She is a very successful fitness instructor and influencer, and also a dedicated mother to her three children and a great wife to her lovely Natalie.

6 Theo Von

Theodor Capitani von Kurnatwoski III, better known as Theo Von, was part of Road Rules: Maximum Velocity Tour and Fresh Meat. He was a winner of The Gauntlet and Battle of the Sexes 2, and one of the finalists on Battle of the Seasons. After his time in The Challenge came to an end, he went on to pursue his comedy career, which has been very successful. Nowadays, he is the host of a podcast called This Past Weekend.

5 Wes Bergmann

Wes Bergmann was a contestant in a long list of Challenges, including The Real World: Austin, The Ruins, Fresh Meat II, Battle of the Exes, Battle of the Exes II, Rivals III, Champs vs. Stars, and many more. He was a winner of The Duel and Rivals II, and a finalist on Fresh Meat, Rivals, Champs vs. Pros, Champs vs. Stars, and War of the Worlds. After The Challenge, Wes went back to school and is now a very successful entrepreneur. He lives a happy and peaceful life with his wife and dogs.

4 Susie Meister

Susie Meister competed on Extreme Challenge and Road Rules: Down Under. She was a winner of The Gauntlet 2 and The Ruins, and a finalist on The Inferno 3. She was quite busy after she left the show, with many different things.

3 Abram Boise

Abram Boise was a contestant on The Gauntlet, Battle of the Sexes 2, The Island, Battle of the Exes, Battle of the Bloodlines, and Road Rules: South Pacific. He was a winner of The Inferno and The Inferno 3, and a finalist on The Inferno II and Cutthroat. In 2019, he married his lovely wife Rachel Missie, and nowadays he works in Montana at Soundcolor, a studio that he confounded with his brother.

2 Cara Maria

Cara Maria competed on Fresh Meat II, Battle of the Exes, Battle of the Seasons (2012), Free Agents, and Invasion of the Champions, and was a winner of Battle of the Bloodlines and Champs vs. Pros. She was also the only winner of Vendettas, and a finalist on Cutthroat, Rivals, Rivals II, XXX: Dirty 30, Final Reckoning, War of the Worlds, and War of the Worlds 2. Currently, she's combined her love for passion and fitness and has been designing and partnering with sportswear companies. She's also working on photography and other art forms.

Camila Nakagawa competed on many challenges, including Cutthroat, Rivals, Free Agents, Rivals III, and Champs vs. Stars, among others. She was a winner of the Spring Break Challenge, Battle of the Exes, and XXX: Dirty 30, and a finalist on Rivals II, Invasion of the Champions, and Champs vs. Pros. The latest news from Camila is that she became a mother for the first time last year. She's also a wellness advocate, and she partners up with several companies to help people feel better with themselves, use products that will improve their lives, and organize their routines better.
